we loved rooms and the comfort, this hotel had everything we need. quite convenient near a port. don't pass this venue up if you plan to visit port dickson beach. balcony was a bonus.

Nice concept.
No hot water for 2 out of 3 rooms that I had booked. Maintenance came, but the problem was not solved.

The bathrooms in our villa were leaking and damp. Also, according to the hotel staff as we booked through agent I.e booking,com we were not entitled to complimentary breakfast! This was never mentioned in your website!

I love that each unit has its own reserved parking spot. I also love the huge bathroom with separate shower/toilet and has a bath tub, so it was comfortable for our family of 2 young children to stay in the 1 bedroom. The room service is fast with delicious reasonably priced food.
They didn't have buffet for breakfast. For a weekend during school holidays and with the resort being fully booked, I think it's better to have buffet spread for breakfast.
